Having worked in various supported and assisted living services for over a period of time and seeing the fulfilment that came with providing the necessary care for a service user, it was clear that several years down the line, an opportunity would arise to create a safe and loving environment for our service users.
This opportunity is now Springfield, which aims to enable people from all backgrounds to have access to the support which gives them the confidence and dignity they deserve.
